We keep seeing so many wonderful covers from you, showing so many ideas and so much creativity. We really enjoy looking at them.
When we shared more of them earlier this year we received great feedback, so we’ve decided to share another selection of them with you. You can see them on our customer designs page.
Do you like them? As always, let us know if you have any comments or suggestions.
We recently added mini-tracker pagelets to Agendio Pro as our newest option for our weekly and Extra pages.
These are Agendio trackers, so as with our other features, you can customize them, and by customize we mean more than just adding labels for what you’re tracking: You can choose from multiple formats, three line spacings, stretch or shrink the tracker pagelets to adjust the number of lines and more.
If you’re not sure what to use them for, you can make a tracker with everyday labels:
Or a student tracker:
Or a fitness tracker:
You can also make a wide tracker if you want to include a lot of text in the labels:
Give our trackers a try today: Go to the hub, to the Create section to make a new page with mini-trackers, or to My stuff to add a mini-tracker to one of your existing pages!
We have some very exciting news to share: We recently made some big changes to our website:
We updated our home page to show your options more clearly.
We added more information about our pages,
and we replaced the Pages & more section with our newly-created Agendio Hub.
The Agendio Hub is a central location in which we have combined in one place every agendio you have made and everything you need to make more Pro and Classic agendios. It includes:
CREATE: The starting point to create all new Pro and Classic planners, inserts and notebooks.
REPRINT: The starting point for reprinting
PRO LIBRARIES: The place to see the Pro page libraries (templates and shared)
MY STUFF: The central location for all your saved and purchased agendios, both Pro and Classic.
You can now go to one place to see all your Agendio products, access them easily to edit or reprint them and start new pages and agendios.
You can access the Create page and My stuff from assorted pages on the website or directly from the website navigation.
We’ve also added more videos, showing you how to create agendios with both Classic and Pro. We plan to add more throughout the year.
Do you like the update? We’d love to hear from you what you think of the changes.
School is ending. Soon many of us will be off travelling to assorted destinations to play tourist or to see family and friends. Do you have a good packing list in your agendio?
Here is one that is available in the Agendio community shared library in the Hub. It’s quite complete, although you may wish to replace some items. It also includes spaces for you to add additional items. If you like it, you can add it to your Pro pages and then customize it to your needs.
You can see other examples of cleaning pages in the shared library – Here are some examples:
A page to track your accommodation
or one to track your spending vs. budget
Or a packing list that includes your child and your pet
Did you add a Travel list to your agendio? Would you consider sharing it with the Agendio community? Share it in seconds from your My stuff section in the Hub: Simply find your page, roll over Options like you would to edit, and click on Share.
Winter is gone and summer is coming, which means a new season is upon us: Spring cleaning season.
Have you considered including cleaning pages or a spring cleaning page in your agendio? Here is one example that was recently added to the Agendio community sharing library. If you like it, you can add it to your Pro pages and then customize it to your needs.
The library includes other cleaning pages that you may wish to use:
You can see them in Pages & more, in Shared pages, in the Home category, or you can simply search clean in the shared pages library.
Did you add a cleaning list to your agendio? Would you consider sharing it with the Agendio community? Share it in seconds in Pages & more, in My pages: Simply find your page, roll over Options like you would to edit, and click on Share.
A few weeks ago we showed you our new Pro column header pagelets and described how you can use them to delineate spaces more clearly.
Agendio offers another way to mark spaces and their purpose in agendio Pro: Background text pagelets, which we call priority pagelets. They’re the ones you see in the Designer pagelet drawer with the word Priority in the background. Did you know you can change that word to whatever you want?
The background text in a priority pagelet can act as a title for the section instead of adding a title at the top.
This Pro page was created recently and incorporates priority pagelets in the right-side monitor to create a task matrix. It’s an effective method to separate that section visually.
Another excellent application of priority pagelets is this Extra page spread of intentions and highlights. Using priority pagelets keeps the page very neat and allows for usage of the entire page without losing space by adding titles to each pagelet.
You can also use priority pagelets in dated pages. Here is an example from a daily page:
Priority pagelets can also be practical for narrower spaces:
They are also very practical if you have a very full and concentrated schedule. This weekly page doesn’t have enough space for title labels in every pagelet, so priority pagelets have been used to mark the purpose of each section.
Consider using priority pagelets in your next agendio to identify spaces within a page.
We haven’t added many features lately for all our Agendio Classic customers, so today we have something just for you: ❤️ Favourites.
When you’re on the Classic models page, if you like a model, you can now click on the heart next to the description and tag it as a favourite. The model will go to the top of the models list and the heart will change to red, so next time you don’t have to scroll through all the models to find it.
If you decide later that you don’t like it after all, simply click on it again and it will turn off and no longer be placed at the to pop the models list.
Try it out for yourself and let us know what you think.
Please note that favourites are shown at the top of your models page only if you are signed in and the favourites are of the same size and frequency of models shown on the page.
A few weeks ago we added our new Pro column headers feature and the reaction has been great! Many of you have clearly taken to them like ducks to water.
So we thought we’d show you some more examples of how the column headers are being used. Perhaps these will give you ideas for your next agendio.
Rachel made a weekly retro page and used the column headers to create categories for her page.
Earlene made an annual summary two-page layout.
And James snuck in a personal goals top-4 list to the weekly and matched it visually with the date pagelets – Very efficient and looks great!
We’re very impressed by what you all are doing with the new Pro and with our new column headers. There are other excellent examples of headers, but we don’t want this post to be too long, so we’ll stop at three. We hope you found these pages inspiring and we look forward to showing you more examples of what’s happening at agendio.com.
We’ve just added a really fun new feature to Agendio Pro: Column headers. When you customize a monitor or a Flex-table extra page, you can now add colourful headers to columns, or to parts of columns, to give your page more pop and to separate out each part of your page.
Chelsea just created an amazing Class planner page with our new headers.
Carolyn used our new column headers in her monthly pages to separate each section of the right-side column.
You can add the headers when you’re in the Designer. Click the pagelet as usual, and if it allows the new header option, you will see the following options:
Give it a try today and let us know what you think.
