The Agendio Builder allows you to add Extra pages to your planner or inserts. Many of you have used this feature, and some of you have then discovered that if you change models, you have to re-select and re-customize your Extra pages for your new model.

We thought about this situation during the summer and decided that it could be improved upon, and we came up with the Agendio library.

At our new Extra pages library, which you can find in the Builder on the Extra pages screen, there are many things you can do:

Import to your library
Store your customized Extra pages in your library and use them later in a different model or configuration.

Import to your current planner
While customizing a planner, bypass the library and add the Extra pages that you made for a previous planner directly to your new planner.

Adjust your library settings for saving pages
We offer three settings for adding pages to your library. The first is the default:

• Ask every time you add an Extra page to your planner whether to save it to the library,
• Don’t ask and save them automatically, or
• Don’t ask and don’t save.

Please note that the library will only save or import pages of the same size as the planner you are working on. So, for example, if you are customizing a medium planner, you cannot import large pages, nor will it show you Journal-size pages you may have added to your library previously.

The new 6-month duration option is a success. However, if you start a 12-month or 6-month and decide to switch to the other, you have to re-customize, which can be annoying.

So we’ve added another setting on the first screen of the Builder, which allows you to switch between a 6-month and a 12-month, without restarting.

If you use this option, please be aware that changing the duration of your planner will result in a change in price. It may also require changes to your Extra pages and customizable tabs, because a 12-month planner may not have space for as many Extra pages as a 6-month, while a 6-month planner allows only one customizable tab, not two.

Our Flex tables have been quite popular, so we’ve been looking for a feature or two we could add to make them even better.

So we’ve added width rulers to our Flex tables. Now, when building your tables, you can see how wide each column will be. It will also help those of you looking to make multiple columns of identical width.

To check them out, start a planner in the Builder, go to Extra Pages and select Flex Tables.

During the past year we’ve received requests for thinner planners, and we’re happy to announce that we now offer 6‑Month agendios.

The agendios we offer in this new format are our thickest planners, including all our dailies as well as most of our weeklies. The thinnest weeklies, such as WW, and all our monthlies are available only in the 12‑month format, because they don’t include as many pages, so a 6‑month format would be much too thin.

You can see which configurations are available in the 6‑month format on the configuration page.

You can then select a 6‑month version of your planner on the models page, where we also indicate to you which kinds of covers (wrap, spiral or both) are available.

We’ve received a few inquiries asking how you can see your planner preview after you place your order. We’re pleased to announce that you can now see it from your account page.

Simply scroll down your account page to Products, find your order, roll over options and then select Preview Planner.

We’ve just added a new insert size, the same as our medium planner. These 7” x 9” un-punched pages will fit a variety of mid-sized binders.

If our letter-size inserts have always been too big for you and our Filofax A5 and Franklin Classic inserts have been too small, then this size may be just right. And you can use them them with all the configurations and models that are currently available with our medium-size planners.

We like to keep you up to date on our latest improvements. So we’re happy to share with you that all of our pages are now printed on presses that are erasable pen-friendly.

You can now use erasable pens, such as Eraser Mate and Frixion, on any agendio product.

We know it’s not the new year, but we just wanted to let you know that agendios starting in January 2018 are now available.

They were scheduled for the end of summer, but many of you asked us to make them available earlier, so they’re ready now.
